Introduction： Melt Flow Rate Tester is suitable to determine the Melt-mass Flow Rate (MFR) of thermoplastics .It is designed according to GB/T3682—2000, IS01133 and ASTM D1238 with simple structure ,precise accuracy and stable property .It is convenient to operate .The machine is suitable for not only the test for high temperature melt materials such as PC ,FI plastics ,nylon ,but also the test for low temperature melt materials such as PE ,PP ,POM ,PS and ABS . It is widely used in some industries such as plastics fabrication ,plastic goods and petrochemical industry ,college and university ,science and research institutes and commodity inspection departments . The machine is equipped with auto operation equipment to cut the samples automatically by the set time intervals .It is also equipped with computer to print test result after test and calculate MFR value automatically . The machine has the memory ability to store up to 57 test reports (MFR mode) except storing relevant test parameters for checking .
