The DT70KV Dielectric Tester is a state-of-the-art instrument specially designed for dielectric testing of insulated gloves in compliance with ASTM D120, ASTM F496-08, and IEC 60903 (Annex E) standards. Emphasizing safety, versatility, and ease of use, this digital tester allows adjustable output voltage (according to the glove class) of up to 70 kV DC. It features automatic testing by programming the glove class and maximum leakage current, making tests quick and effortless. The alphanumeric display shows the test voltage, current, and elapsed time, while an LED indicates the presence of high voltage at the output terminals during measurement, and a bi-color LED displays the Pass/Fail test result. Ensuring the utmost safety, the system is divided into two modules: one for control and the other for high voltage. Additionally, it includes an emergency stop switch and built-in audible alarms. The DT70KV can be remotely controlled via Bluetooth from a safe distance using an Android device, providing an extra layer of safety and convenience for the operator.
