Rontec XFlash Silicon Drift Detector with Power Supply and MCA (SPECTRO AMETEK). The system is composed of the SDD + rack with MCA and power supply. The unit can be programmed via RS232, and you can get also data spectrum via RS232. There is the user manual for protocol. I wrote a simple python software to get some data (you can see in the image this software and an acquired Am241 gamma spectrum). You can use also an external MCA because there is the LEMO00 out signal. The listed include: the SDD unit + rack with power supply and MCA + cable + python script.
